SalaryOral surgery practice with 4 doctors looking for experienced, full time, Front Desk receptionist. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical/ dental insurance. We are looking for someone who is is a team player and succeeds and adapts in a fast paced environment. Experience working at the Front Desk of a dental office is ideal.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Interacting with patients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Answering phone calls
Scheduling patient appointments
Patient data entry
Communicating with referring doctors to ensure proper patient care
Verifying and explaining insurance benefits
Collecting/posting patient payments
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask in fast paced, stressful environment
computer skills
knowledge of medical and dental insurance
reliable
Team player
Salary commensurate with experience.
