Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Medspa Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of daily operations, including patient needs, provider schedules, phone calls, emails, inventory, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Oversee provider schedules and time off, optimizing efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the spa is well-stocked.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Manage and communicate patient financing options, treatment plans and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a spa, medical office, or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

• This position is for Monday-Thursday 10am to 7pm. Need not apply if these hours do not work for you.
• Time off is permitted if another member covers your schedule.
• Saturday hours may be required in the future.
• Schedule changes may take place with little or advanced notice.
