SalaryResponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a gym or office setting
- Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software such as Mindbody
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and filing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling members/team information

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
