Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Greets customers in person and on the telephone in a friendly, professional manner and assisting them quickly and efficiently.
· Opens and closes the office at the beginning and end of each business day. This includes opening door, blinds, etc. and stocking and maintaining common areas such as copiers, conference rooms, etc.
· Checks voicemail and relaying overnight messages to appropriate personnel.
· Maintains inventory of paper and ink for company-wide reproduction machines.
· Maintains confidential information.
· Completes a variety of correspondence such as letters, memos, etc.
· Serves as the primary administrative support for the office.
· Manages calendars and event planning and coordinating.
Candidates must possess the following skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Proficiency and professionalism in phone etiquette.
· Ability to file appropriate documentation in an organized manner.
· Ability to keep office materials organized and accessible to staff.
· Attention to detail.
· Maintain professional appearance.
Education and/or Experience:
· Associate degree (AD) or equivalent certificate. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education
· Extensive (5 or more years) related experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as strong technical skills.
