Looking for an upbeat, sales-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team!
Candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, personable and have a passion for quality customer service.
Duties include supervising a team of Front Desk consultants, providing customer service at the Front Desk including checking clients in and out, maintaining an accurate POS system, managing workflow and making adjustments to daily scheduling as needed, handling customer conflicts, assisting with inventory tracking and ordering, ensuring a clean and professional studio setting, assisting with new employee orientations and onboarding and helping the Studio Director with additional tasks as needed.
At least one year of experience in customer service in a related industry is preferred.
This is a full time position, and applicants should have both weekday and weekend availability.
Starting Pay is $16-$20/hour based on experience, with additional perks including discounted services.
