House of Hounds is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic receptionist to welcome our clients dogs to a cage free environment for daycare and boarding. We opened in 2006 and offer Cage free daycare, boarding and grooming. We have a second location in Charleston that opened in 2015.
Full-time and Part-time applicants are welcome!

Some duties include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Friendly, organized and customer service driven.
- Watching Daycare dogs when not busy at the desk
- Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Greet and check-out all clients.
- Maintain Front Desk inventory and schedule staff appointments.
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Great ability to multi-task
- Assist with scheduling appointments, walk-ins, and other client needs.
- Supervising staff and making sure everyone is following company policies.
- MUST LOVE DOGS - the love, the noise, the hair, the messes and the smiles!!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Nitro, WV 25143: Relocate before starting work (Required)
