```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and seating
- Process payments and handle takeout
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in guest relations or Front Desk operations preferred
- Knowledge of reservation management systems and procedures preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
