TimeFront Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for an individual who is able to work Second-Shift. (3-11 pm, 5-11 pm) Must be available to work weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides high-quality customer service.
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
- Other duties as required with the department.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
