Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management if necessary
- Perform data entry tasks such as updating guest information and reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer software applications
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is a plus
- Ability to transcribe and accurately enter orders or information
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of office management procedures
