- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Provide information about the company, its services, and products to visitors and callers.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
