Overview:
Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the PARC which includes, but is not limited to: providing supervision and direction to the staff, able to assist in training new staff members and assist in continued training for existing staff, conducting monthly and/or weekly staff meetings, promoting customer service, constantly analyzing operations, improving processes, in order to provide better patient services. Maintain favorable relations between physicians, patients, hospital administration and Medical Group departments. Improves revenue cycle by ensuring daily adherence to policies regarding scheduling, pre-registration, registration, insurance verification and quality monitoring. May have additional responsibilities as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains efficient and responsive patient call flow and optimized PATIENT ACCESS by: establishing call metrics and staff protocols, collaborating with BMG practices, collaborating with practice manager and providers to address issues/concerns affecting PATIENT ACCESS; prioritizing work activities - evaluating effectiveness and modifying work assignments as necessary, ensuring supplies available/accessible and exam rooms stocked. Schedules staff to meet the demands of the BMG Patient Access and Referral Center. Supervises staff to ensure access center optimization. Creates and maintains Weekly, Monthly KPI reporting to Managers. Provides budget compliance and variance reports, including corrective action plan. Establish and monitor audit controls to ensure schedules are optimized and calls are handled efficiently. Monitors daily performance. Monitors registration and scheduling process for accuracy. Adheres to all procedures ensuring that registration, payment, and referrals are handled appropriately. Ensures orientation and training checklists are completed. Assures annual mandatory education is completed on time. Ensures required competencies are assessed and documented, in conjunction with the Clinical Coordinator for specific competencies.

3-5 years medical office experience
Experience in a medical office call center
DE driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations
Starting at: USD $63,648.00/Yr.
