Successful candidates will have a welcoming and professional attitude towards our guests and property owners and possess a desire to deliver exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
· Checking guests in and out
· Answer incoming telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
· Directing calls to proper departments
· Resolve problems that arise to ensure guest’s satisfaction
· Practice punctuality and dependability when it comes to scheduled shifts
· Follow company policies and procedures; have a clean and professional personal appearance
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your supervisor
Position is eligible for paid holidays and end-of-season bonus.
