Front Desk Customer Service Representative For Dog Daycare/Boarding Facility

Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing, dog loving professional for a Front Desk/CSR position! You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pups! If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This position is also very hands on with the dogs as well!

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process payments
- Book appointments for Daycare/Boarding, grooming and first time visits
-Assist with organizing the dog playgroups for the day
-Introduce dogs into the playgroups.
-Be able to determine if a dog is a good fit for daycare or not.
-Be able to communicate behavior issues/concerns to the parents.
-Oversee feeding of dogs, and chores. Assist with cleaning/chores
-Administer meds to dogs

- Animal care or pet care experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
