Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our corporate office as a Front Desk Concierge. Our company is a leader in Real Estate Management, dedicated to providing top-notch services and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with tenant issues, administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team and visitors.

Position: Front Desk Concierge (Bilingual)

Pay: $19-$22/hr (wage dependent on experience)

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, employees, and clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage the Front Desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Bilingual Communication: Utilize your fluency in Spanish to assist non-English speaking clients, employees, or visitors, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
  • Tenant Issues: Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Liaise with relevant departments to address and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Mailing and Packages: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution to respective recipients.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, providing accurate information or transferring calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist employees with travel bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain Office Supplies: Monitor and restock office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Building Security: Monitor and authorize visitor access while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism at all times.
  • Prior experience in handling administrative duties is a plus.
