As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for clients at our agency Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing information about the services we provide
- Managing phone calls
- Processing payments
-Keeping confidentiality of clients
```Requirements```
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of Alcohol and Substance abuse
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on community service
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relations efficiently
- Ability to work with a diverse population
We are a small private office that provide exceptional service to our community.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.87 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
