Front Desk Agent

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival
- Perform night audit duties as required

Skills:

- Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Desk procedures, phone systems, and reservation systems
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles is preferred
- Experience with night audit procedures is a plus

Pay: $15.28 - $18.40 per hour
