Responsibilities
1- Checking guests in and out of the Hotel
2- Ensuring that special requests are noted and fulfilled
3- Handling hotel reservation requests; maximizing room rates
4- Interacting with team members in a professional manner, assisting other departments as necessary
5- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and assisting guests with any questions
6- Managing and resolving guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner
7- Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
8- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all property amenities and surrounding area
9- Accurately conducts all payment processing activities.
10- Accurately, audit, balance and report all transactions
Qualifications:
Some experience is preferred in the Hotel/Motel industry.
Bilingual in English and Spanish would be a plus
Multi-tasking abilities are needed
