Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk and Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping our patients live healthier, pain-free lives.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to update patient information and schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints

- Perform exams and therapies while assisting the doctors

```Requirements```
- Previous medical receptionist preferred
- Familiarity with chiropractic office or medical terminology is a plus
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
