- Assign bowlers to their lanes efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain an accurate register
- Assist with bowling party reservations and group bookings

- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, but not required
