We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our bowlers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. In addition to a role as a Front Desk Agent, we are also hiring kitchen staff at this time. If that interests you more, we'd be happy to discuss those opportunities as well.
```Responsibilities:```
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assign bowlers to their lanes efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain an accurate register
- Assist with bowling party reservations and group bookings

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in using POS software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
