- Checking guests in and out with a positive attitude and a smile.
- Making reservations through the property management system.
- Running daily reports.
- Assisting guests with all requests.
- Resolving guest issues.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address all guests' needs.
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Look for opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
- Comply with Quality Assurance expectations and standards.
- Ensure uniform & personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Fosse experience is a plus
- Stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift
- Move, lift, and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
- Capable on solving problems in a timely manner
- Speak clearly and professionally with others, answering calls
- Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays
- Experience preferred but not required
- Up to $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
