Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information and proper payment handling.
• Assist with reservations, answer guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and special requirements, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain an organized and tidy Front Desk area, including guest information and supplies.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Process guest payments, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
