Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist guests who may not speak English fluently
