We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in [languages]
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in phone systems
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
