As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Adhere to HIPPA protocols
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Convert marketing leads to customers through calls, and subsequent follow-ups
- Follow selling and up-selling procedures to increase sales
- Take and active roll with social media initiatives
- Attend marketing and promotional events
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Be a team player, help without being asked, pitch in whenever you can, do what needs to be done
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Highly organized
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
