Front Desk Agent Job Description
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about the practice and the Doctors
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role required
- Knowledge of medical practice operations and hospitality management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for daily tasks
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work after normal shift time ends if the need arises
