Job description:
As a Front Desk and Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience when visiting our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

Front Desk duties:
greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Managing and maintaining the dealership's front office area.
assisting customers with their questions. Handling administraive tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Sales Duties:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.

Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features.
Negotiating prices and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or customer service (Preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Spanish (Mandatory).
Proven ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Enthusiasm for the automoBve industry and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right vehicle.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
