Front Desk Agents and Night Auditor (ALL SHIFTS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at a new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton that is set to open in May 2024. Currently, we are looking for ALL SHIFTS. As Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during your shift.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with check-in and check-out procedures

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously

- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are posted correctly

- Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer

- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports

- Monitor the hotel premises during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and responding to emails

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Front Desk or guest service role is preferred but not required

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an asset

- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays
