This position is for a Full-Time PM Front Desk Agent. Applicants must be available 2:45PM - 11PM.
Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will act as the face of the Hotel and first impression for our guests. You will have the opportunity to create WOW moments and memories for guests that go above and beyond a "typical" hotel stay.
- Answer property questions; provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, rooms, restaurants, and directions.
- Performs all Front Desk duties including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest key issue.
- Verify charges, collect payment and post to the corresponding guest folio in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist in the coordination and support of other departments as necessary.
- Respond to and resolve guest complaints, creatively solve problems, anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
- Create, change, and understand guest & group reservations.
- Maintain the appearance and operations of the Front Desk, lobby, and gift shop.
- Attend periodic department trainings & meetings.
- Complete all duties in accordance with property standards and adhere to all company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property.
- Provide genuine hospitality - engage with guests, create experiences, and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Competent level of IT proficiency

- Must be available weekends & holidays
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Hourly wage starting $16/hour DOE
