Description:
The Front Desk agent is responsible for the desk operation during the night shifts mainly (11 pm-7 am ). or evening ( 3pm -11 pm) Primary responsibilities include:
- Resolving guest issues and complaints
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Recognize our Rewards members and signup new members
- Make room reservations and process cancellations
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Follow hotel security and privacy policies
- Keep hotel lobby, Front Desk clean and organized
- Communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments
Good Word and Excel skills required
