SalaryWe are looking for a part time Front Desk Agent to work the afternoon shift. The job will be 3-4 days a week, and 5-6 hours per shift. The shift would typically start from 2/3 PM and end around 7-9 PM depending on how many hours you would like to work. More hours can be obtained if the other Front Desk Agent does not show up for the other days of the week. We are looking for someone to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Flexibility is appreciated and opportunities for additional days may be available on a week to week basis.
Prior experience with HotelKey and Motel 6 is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
The Front Desk Agent role will consist of:
- Checking guests in/out
- Answering the phone in a courteous manner, taking reservations over the phone, answering any questions that a guest may have
- Resolving guest issues and ensuring guests receive outstanding customer service
- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Responding to questions about motel services, amenities, and policies
- Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions
We are looking to hire sometime in the next two weeks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
