Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have open availability, including the ability to work days, nights until 11pm, and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reservations: Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cash Handling: Process payments and provide accurate financial information to guests.
