ResponsibilitiesThe Front Desk Agent enhances the check-in experience by displaying courtesy and Aloha to all owners and guests through positive action and attitude. The Front Desk Agent produces courteous and prompt resolution of guests' concerns. Must be able to work flexible hours and days including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Qualifications- Must possess strong verbal skills, attending to guests in a friendly, courteous, and diplomatic manner
- Must have basic computer skills and ability to learn other operational systems
- Previous Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with co-workers as part of a team
