```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring the accuracy of the information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing information about hotel services, rates, and availability
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating issues as necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring guest preferences are met
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
