Front Desk Agent

We are looking for Morning, Day and Evening shift Front Desk Agent to join our team!

With Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform all check-in and check-outs.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests necessary information.
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, rates and amenities.
• Respond to clients' complains in a timely and professional manner.
• Inform guests about additional facilities and services.
• Maintain updated records of booking and payments.

Requirements Include:

• Work experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent, receptionist or similar role.
• Experience in hotel reservations software is a PLUS.
• Customer service attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
