Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner

- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately

- Answer phone calls

_ Ability to speak and understand Spanish

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.97 per hour
