We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our dental office. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they have a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's appointment book efficiently.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and patient records management.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Address patient concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Help with office marketing and promotions as needed.
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and billing processes is a plus.
- Friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) would be an advantage.
