Job Description
We have an opening for a bright, energetic and outgoing staff person for our Front Desk/insurance/patient accounts department. You must love being busy and committed to working with patients to understand their benefits and in making financial arrangements to help them receive the care they need. A minimum of one year of experience on a busy Front Desk and/or handling insurance verification, billing and front-desk collections, is required. Our staff members are cross-trained in all areas of the clinic. We offer a great working environment and co-workers who actually LIKE their jobs! We don't tolerate "drama" in the clinic, absenteeism, or tardiness.
You must possess strong communication and computer skills.
Office hours are 7AM- 6PM Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 7AM- 12PM Tuesday and Thursday. If these hours are a problem for you, please DO NOT apply, as they are not flexible.
Benefits include paid holidays and 8 personal leave hours per month. After 90 days, partial paid health insurance will be provided for the employee with the option for family insurance coverage through payroll deduction. Resumes will be accepted by email ONLY. Our selection process will include:
- Reviewing resumes
- Clinic application sent to those applicants we are interested in interviewing
- Applications review followed by phone interview for selected applicants
- Personal interview with Doctors and Staff
- Job offer will be made to applicant selected
Compensation: Starting pay range from $12.00-$14.00 per hour depending on experience. Principals only. Recruiters please do not contact this job poster.
