Clove Dental (www.clovedds.com) is an emerging dental group in Ventura County. We have an ongoing need to hire experienced Office Managers across our offices and as we grow that requires dental experience to answer phones, manage appointments, and coordinate with the back office.

Compensation: Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Appointment scheduling and office flow management
• Greeting and welcoming patients and managing recalls
• Treatment presentation and planning
• Insurance verification and co-payments

Qualifications

• Dental experience highly preferred
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or other Dental Practice Management Software
• Good Telephone Etiquette
• Have knowledge of basic office equipment such as: computer, internet, email, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
