Front Desk

We are looking for a weekend Front Desk person to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. Front Desk responsibilities include wrapping hands, registering guests, managing class reservations and providing information about membership . If you have a knack for customer service and sales, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members and prospective members.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone class reservations
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide assistance when needed whether that's wrapping hands or showing them the basic punches
• Provide information about our facility, membership rates, personal training rates, and policies
• Clean the club in between classes and while closing, this is more important than ever given Covid-19
• Sell memberships to new prospective members that come in to try a class

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
