Front Counter Sales Associate

Leed Supply is one of the largest hardscape and masonry yards in NJ. In business for over 50 years, we have a long history of serving both homeowners and contractors for all of their outdoor living needs. With locations in Ocean County, we are always looking for strong talent to join our team.

We are currently seeking a professional Front Counter Sales Associate available Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm

PURPOSE:

As a key member of our store’s counter team, you will contribute strongly to the overall store success by supporting our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and counter
- Experience in Hardscaping/Masonry a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in operating a cash register
