Front Counter Sales

R.S. Phillips Steel, LLC is looking for a Front Counter Sales position for a Structural Steel Warehouse, Fabricator, and Erector.

The basic function of the Sales Associate is taking and processing orders, preparing quotations for future jobs, assisting customers and addressing their needs and concerns, and maintaining pertinent records related to the department.

This position requires a self-starting individual who can work with little supervision.

The Sales Associate must be able to pay attention to detail required for taking and processing orders, making quotations and maintaining inventory. It is important that the Associate develop a close working relationship with shop employees to establish communication necessary for the timely and quality provision of work according to the company standards, and be willing to accept any other responsibilities required of the position as needs change.

Knowledge of the Steel, Building Materials, and Construction Industry is a plus. Sales and Customer Service Experience is a must. Computer and Phone skills are required 55K + DOE, with Benefits. Hours are M-F 7-4:45 1 - Saturday per month 8 am - 12
