Full Time Customer Service Representative - Fort Mohave

Overview Customer Service Representative will provide a high level of Customer Service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. You will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience with duties to include Customer Service and administrative functions. This is a FULL-TIME position (40 hours per week) that pays $17.00 / hour Benefits: a regular weekly schedule, medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, 401k match, profit sharing, paid time off, car rental and car purchase discounts, and a fun and friendly place to work! Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule: M/T/TH/FR 7:30am-5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm  Job location: 3170 Highway 95 STE A, Bullhead City, AZ 86442 Responsibilities Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide a high level of Customer Service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services Provide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsTake incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have at least 1 year prior Customer Service experienceMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the last 3 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
