Front Counter Cashier

Front End Associate

Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Experience working with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in a restaurant or sales environment is a plus
