Front of House Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of House area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Back of House Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Execute food preparation tasks following Moe's Original BBQ recipes with precision.
- Maintain our high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Keep the kitchen space clean and organized, following safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service deadlines and ensure a seamless workflow.
- Assist in managing inventory, from receiving supplies to keeping things well-stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Back of House area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Additional Requirements for all Roles:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs and bending
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong customer service skills
