Front And Back Of House Team Members

Front of House Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of House area
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guest
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations

Back of House Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Execute food preparation tasks following Moe's Original BBQ recipes with precision.
• Maintain our high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Keep the kitchen space clean and organized, following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service deadlines and ensure a seamless workflow.
• Assist in managing inventory, from receiving supplies to keeping things well-stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Back of House area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Additional Requirements for all Roles:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs and bending
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Strong customer service skills
