- Oversee and manage store operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks for store team members
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Train and mentor new store employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor and maintain store equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a supervisor role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using wireless sales systems, POS systems, cash registers, and basic math skills for inventory management
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
