We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented ambitious individual to fill the following position open:

* Position: Warehouse Manager

Freight Forwarding Warehouse Manager- Savannah, GA

* Responsibility:

1) Warehouse Manager

• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Fulfillment operation
• Reporting inventory
• Handling and oversee in/outbound shipping, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Responsible for the warehouse and transportation equipment maintenance
• Ensure completing AR/AP entries accurately within timeframe
• Managing P&L and optimizing effective and productive cost control
• Ensure that all the policies and procedures are being properly followed by the warehouse staff
• Ensure that the warehouse facility adheres to standards of health, safety and security
• Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills
• Ensure warehouse personnel maintain professional behavior, proper language, and a positive attitude towards customers, suppliers, and fellow employees
• Ability to solve day-to-day operational issues and short/long-term goals
• Responsible for the training and development of the team
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of the service provided
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Other duties as assigned

* Requirement:

-Fluency in both English and Korean preferred
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
- Proven knowledge of the warehousing and expertise in management procedures in compliance with the local and state regulations
- Forklift certified
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs on a frequent basis
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Strong supply chain management, logistical, and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and rational problem solving skills
- Experience in handling perishable, hazardous, oversize project is a plus
- Trading Operation & Sales will be an advantage

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required .

- Must have legal status working in the U.S
