Job Title: Logistics Sales Specialist - Freight Forwarding
Location: Remote (with travel to client sites and occasional meetings at the Linden, NJ location)

Responsibilities:

• Maximize existing business through strategic sales, product marketing, and outstanding customer support.
  
• Utilize expertise in logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
  
• Identify and properly qualify sales opportunities and leads.
  
• Set and achieve sales targets, demonstrating goal orientation, self-discipline, and self-motivation.
  
• Maintain close communication with operations and customer operations to ensure a uniform understanding of customer expectations.
  
• Ensure that services consistently meet customer needs.
  
• Prepare and present accurate pricing to potential customers.
  
• Collaborate with sales and operational staff to foster a team-selling environment.
  
• Perform additional duties as required and assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
  
• 3-5 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience with a proven history of quota overachievement.
  
• Strategic sales capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including a professional demeanor and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to prepare and present accurate pricing to potential customers.
  
• Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the products, services, and operations offered by the company.
  
• Work cooperatively with other sales and operational staff to support a team-selling environment.
  
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Ability to travel may be required.
  

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to $150,000
  
• Company bonus at the end of the year based on tenure
