Broker Responsibilities:
Must have 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker and an established/currentbook of business
Quote and cover truckload shipments
Ability to bid on dedicated contract opportunities
Contact, negotiate and secure carriers for available/open loads
Maximize profit of each load by negotiating with customers and carriers to ensure proper profit margins
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Negotiate price, service and terms with both the clientand carrier
