At Circadence, we are leveraging cybersecurity and AI/ML to lead in cyber range design and deploying next-generation tools for high fidelity training and system testing. We are looking for a talented Web Designer/developer with web design, CSS/HTML, and JavaScript skills to redesign and rebrand our website. You will be an integral member of the marketing team at Circadence, working collaboratively with our senior leadership team to build, refresh and maintain our website.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Design and develop responsive and user-friendly website that aligns with Company goals and brand guidelines.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

4. Implement front-end and back-end functionalities using the latest web technologies.

5. Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and SEO.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development process.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance skills and contribute to innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Freelance Web developer and designer (minimum 2 years of experience in web design and/or web development roles).

2. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.

3. Strong proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.

4. Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and e-commerce platforms.

5. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working on diverse projects for various industries.

2. Portfolio showcasing a range of web design and development projects.

3. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

4. Experience with web performance optimization and security best practices.

5. Authorization to work in the United States.

The benefits of working at Circadence

Compensation negotiable, depending on level of experience - $40 - $65 per hour.
