SalaryIf you are looking to start your career in health care, we want to help! Silver Linings is looking to hire full-time and part-time HHAs to provide in-home healthcare services to our clients. We are a client-driven company with a goal to deliver the best care to our clients in the communities we serve. If you are purpose-driven and looking to start your career in health care, we provide a 2-week Hybrid HHA Certification Course. Online via Zoom or in person, (M/T/TH/F). The course itself is FREE, we cover the course material, and bag. After your first 300 hours of employment your certificate will be released to you.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Criminal record check which meets hiring guidelines
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Able to lift, position, and transfer patient.
- Strong interpersonal skills
Acceptance to Program:
- Each student is required to complete the online prerequisite courses (3) within 30
days of initial admission to the course. - Each course will require students to complete a test that will be emailed.
- Students who have completed the online portion will then be eligible for the Hybrid
Instructor Lead course.
Hybrid Instructor Lead Course:
- Class is held twice a month and is a one-week course, with no class on Wednesday.
- Class will begin at 10am and end at 4pm
- Attendance is mandatory: either in person at the Dover Silver Lining office, or via
ZOOM. - If student wishes to attend via zoom, they must have video and audio capabilities.
- Students will complete one final test proctored by Care Academy.
- Hybrid course can be taken before clinical portion if student meets eligibility.
